I have spent a llot of time researching laws online and really have not found anything that clearly spells out the law. Please if anyone has any information about the law post it here. I am especially interested in the law regarding the ownership of tarantulas and scorpions- I know years ago you could own a tarantula but could not buy or sell one within state lines (so a lot of people just bought them ...
